Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so when a client is late or does not show up for their allocated sitting it prevents another client from booking that time slot. To respect both our time and other clients, the following policy applies;
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs prior to your appointment.
If less than 48hrs notice is given, you will be required to pay the full service amount before rebooking your next appointment.
If you cancel again after making a new booking and prepaying for this new appointment, you will forfeit the full service deposit and we will not rebook you for future appointments.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for an appointment without 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule, a no show fee will be applied to for your next appointment; meaning you will need to pay in full for the missed appointment before making a new booking.
Additionally you will also be required to pay in full for the new appointment
If you are booking for a higher value service than the one missed, but we end up doing a different value service on you, you will be reimbersed the difference if you have pre paid more.
Booking Deposit
For large colour appointments, a 50% booking deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time, and will be applied to the total service cost at the end of your appointment.
You will be allocated 1 reschedule with your deposit carried over if you need to move your appointment.
If you need to reschedule a second time, the full service amount must be paid in full on top of the 50% deposit you have already paid, before we can reschedule you again.
This ensure our time is respected and appointment slots remain open to those trying to get an appointment with us, as large colour appointment can take between 4-7 hours depending on the service/s performed
